Granite State Garlic & Pepper Steak
Ingredients:
2 Pounds New York Strip, Rib-Eye or Flank Steak
2 Tbsp MOV Organic Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp MOV Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend
1/4 Cup MOV Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (or your favorite MOV Infused Olive Oil)
Directions:
Mix Granite State Garlic & Pepper Blend, olive oil and red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Place steak in large plastic bag or glass dish and cover with the spices and oil mix. Turn to coat well.
Refrigerate at least 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from container or plastic bag and discard any leftover marinade.
